3-fold way of Buddhism - Ethics, meditation & wisdom

The practice of meditation is part of the traditional 3-Fold Way of Buddhism – ETHICS, MEDITATION and WISDOM.

It is frequently the starting point for people coming to Buddhism and, for many, simply meditating is enough without any deeper involvement in Buddhism. The central feature of meditation is the development of a calmer, clearer and more focused mind along with cultivating more positive and compassionate mental and emotional states.

Introductory sessions in which meditation is taught are offered by KLT along with sessions for more experienced meditators, both ‘in person’ and via Zoom.
